Biographical Information:

Victor was born on 22nd December 1919 in Brighton, Sussex to Frank and Ellen Garman. The family later lived in Lancing. He attended North Lancing School, and worked at Eakings, a DIY shop in Lancing. The family later moved to Worthing, Sussex. He was 21 years old at the time of his loss.
