Biographical Information:

Jack was born on 7th December 1920 in Carnarvon, Carnarvonshire, Wales to Jack and Ann Harty. The family later lived in Tividale, Staffordshire. He was serving as an Acting Leading Seaman (Temporary) and was 20 years old at the time of his loss.
