Biographical Information:

"Frank" as he was known, was born on 11th May 1915 in Middlesbrough, Yorkshire to Thomas and Hannah Holland (nee Tighe). He was the oldest of six children, the others being Margaret (Peggy), Eileen, Sheila, Joyce and Jean (who were twins). The family later lived in Billingham, County Durham.

Frank was the husband of Marjorie Holland. He was 26 years old at the time of his loss.
