Biographical Information:

James was born on 14th December 1907 in Portsmouth, Hampshire to James and Helen Locklin. He was the husband of Isabella Locklin, of Rothesay, Isle of Bute. He was the father of Janet and Helen Locklin. He was 33 years old at the time of his loss.
