Biographical Information:

Richard was born on 15th March 1911 to Richard and Margaret Manser of Stratford, Essex. He married Doris May Smith on 29th April 1933, and together they had three children. He was a painter and decorator (owner) by trade as well as an accomplished boxer. Most of all, he was a great father. He was 30 years old when he died. Richard's middle name is listed as "Arthur" in official records, but his family state that his real middle name was "Alfred".
