Biographical Information: Ronald was born on 4th April 1921 in Bedwelty, Monmouthshire, Wales. He was the youngest son of Samuel and Selina Morgan. The family later lived in Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire. Prior to joining the Marines in 1939, he worked for Messrs Buckby Bros (boot manufacturers). He was also a member of the Burton Latimer cricket team.
He was 20 years old at the time of his loss.
