Biographical Information:
Peter was born on 30th December 1922, in Battersea, London, Surrey. He entered the Royal Navy as a Boy at age 15. He attended The Royal Hospital School, Holbrook from May 1935 to May 1938. He entered the Navy and was trained at H.M.S. St. Vincent. He joined Hood at age 18 along with his best friend, Leslie French.
