Biographical Information:

Reginald was born on 20th April 1906 in Cowes, Isle of Wight to parents George and Maude Oborne. He was the husband of Eliza Oborne, of Laverstock, Wiltshire. Together they had two children, William Reginald (born in 1932) and Barbara (born in 1934). He was 35 years old at the time of his loss.
