Biographical Information:

Reginald was born on 21st March 1914 in East Ham, London to Frederick and Louisa Palmer. He was the husband of Marjorie Palmer, of Portchester, Hampshire. He was serving as a Sergeant (Temporary) and was 27 years old at the time of his loss.
