Biographical Information:

Albert was born on 16th July 1902 in Farnham, Surrey to William and Lucy Parratt. The family lived in Wrecclesham, Surrey. He was awarded the Naval General Service Medal, with bar 'Palestine 1936-39'. He was 38 years old at the time of his loss.
