Biographical Information:

Raymond was born on 27th February 1920 in Carisbrooke, Isle of Wight to Launcelot and Rose Phillips. He was the husband of Phyllis Phillips, of Snodland, Kent. He was the brother of Lancelot Jack Phillips, also lost in Hood. Raymond was 21 years old at the time of his loss.
