Biographical Information:

Reginald was born on 27th February 1905 in Newport, Isle of Wight to parents Arthur and Sarah Plumley. He was the husband of F.Plumley, of Carisbrooke, Isle of Wight. He originally served in the Navy as a rating (service number M36091) but ultimately became a warrant officer. He was 36 years old at the time of his loss.
