Biographical Information:

"Lofty", as he was known to his friends, was born on 31st May 1914 in East Sheen, Surrey to James and Theresa Stibbs. He was the husband of Joan Stibbs, of Bushey Heath, Hertfordshire. He was 26 years old at the time of his loss.
