Biographical Information:

William was born on 24th January 1895 in Bolton, Lancashire to parents William and Isabel Taylor. He originally served in the Navy as a rating (service number J10063), but later became a commissioned officer.

He was the husband of Edith Taylor, of Cosham, Hampshire. He was 46 years old at the time of his loss.
