Biographical Information:

Reginald was born on 26th November 1921 in Southampton, Hampshire to George and Lucy Waterhouse. The family lived in Bitterne, Southampton. He had two brothers, Norman and Eric.

Reginald joined the Navy sometime in 1937 and was trained at H.M.S. St Vincent. He was 19 years old at the time of his loss.
