Biographical Information:

William was born on 1st August 1909 in Blucher, Walbottle, Northumberland to Henry and Annie Waters. The family lived in Throckley. He was the husband of Elizabeth Waters, of Throckley, Northumberland. He was the father of William "Billy" Waters. He was 31 years old at the time of his loss.
