Biographical Information:

"Paddy", as he was known to families and friends, was born on 24th December 1911 in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire to Mr and Mrs Herbert Welch. He was the husband of Emma Welch, of Romford, Essex. He was 29 years old at the time of his loss.
