Biographical Information:

"Stormy" as he as known, was born on 23rd August 1913 in Southampton, Hampshire to William and Florence Wellman. He was the husband of Maggie Wellman, of Bevois Valley, Southampton. He was serving as an Acting Stoker Petty Officer (Temporary) and was 27 years old at the time of his loss.
