Biographical Information:

Victor was born on 27th February 1916 in Shepton Mallet, Somerset to Henry and Fannie Whitfield. The family later lived in Totton, Hampshire. He was serving as an Acting Petty Officer and was 25 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
