Biographical Information:

Hubert was born on 6th September 1921 in Poole, Dorset to Rowland and Edith Wicks. He attended The Royal Hospital School, Holbrook from January 1935 to September 1937. He entered the Navy and was trained at H.M.S. St. Vincent. He was engaged to Yvonne Delphine Elizabeth Meaton. He was 19 years old at the time of his loss.
