Biographical Information:

'Ken', as he was known to his family and friends, was born on 25th August 1914. He was the second son of seven children born to Charles and Florence Bridges, of Southall, Middlesex. His siblings were Donald Edward 1913 - 2003, Nancy Joyce 1916 - 1998, Henry John born 1919, Irene Grace born 1920, William Henley 1923 - 1986 and Alan George 1925 - 1944 (lost in H.M.S. Janus). Ken was 26 years old at the time of his loss.
