Biographical Information:

Tom was born on 13th September 1921 to Richard and Katie Williams, of Portsea, Portsmouth, Hampshire. He attended The Royal Hospital School, Holbrook from February 1934 to February 1937. He entered the Navy and was trained at H.M.S. St. Vincent. He was 19 years old at the time of his loss.
