Biographical Information:

Victor was born on 20th February 1919 to John and Alice Winkfield, of Barrow-in-Furness, Lancashire. His parents died when he was young and he was raised by his older sister, Alice Baines.

Victor was servnig as an Acting Leading Stoker (Temporary) and was 22 years old at the time of his loss.
