Biographical Information:

Albert was born on 31st December 1922 in Portsmouth, Hampshire to parents Sidney and Ethel Burns. The family later lived in Brockhurst, Hampshire. He attended The Royal Hospital School, Holbrook from September 1934 to May 1938. He was 18 years old at the time of his loss.
