Biographical Information:

Thomas was born on 14th June 1901 in Southsea, Hampshire to William and Eliza Cogger. He was the husband of Kathleen Cogger, of Fareham, Hampshire. Thomas was a member of X turrets gun crew. Prior to serving in Hood, Thomas spent seven years aboard the Royal Yacht, Victoria and Albert. He was 39 years old at the time of his loss.
