Biographical Information:

Percival was born on 24th February 1917 to Charles and Alice Acton, of Brighton, Sussex. Percival's family were Salvationists in Brighton. The 1939 census shows Percival working as a wholesale butcher. He was known to be engaged to be married. He was 24 years old at the time of his loss.
