Biographical Information:

Reginald was born on 28th January 1905 in Weymouth, Dorsetshire to James and Jessie Collins. He attended The Royal Hospital School, Holbrook from October 1916 to September 1920. He entered the Navy and was trained at H.M.S. Ganges. He was the husband of Winifred Collins, of Southsea, Hampshire. He was 36 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
