Biographical Information:

Francis was born on 1st November 1919 in Clelland, Lanarkshire, Scotland to Andrew and Catherine Doolan. He was the husband of Jeanie Doolan, of Blackburn, West Lothian. He was 21 years old at the time of his loss.
