Biographical Information:

Percy was born on 30th October 1920 in Deptford, London to Percy and Catherine Fairlie. The family later lived in Greenwich, London. He is known to have had a twin sister, Margaret (known as Eileen) and a younger brother named Sid. He was 20 years old at the time of his loss.
