Biographical Information:

Jack was born on 25th January 1923 to Ernest and Ida Ford, of Fernhurst, Sussex. He attended The Royal Hospital School, Holbrook from September 1934 to June 1938. He entered the Navy and was trained at H.M.S. St. Vincent. He was 18 years old at the time of his loss.
