Updated 12-Apr-2022

The following photographs were taken or collected by Royal Marine George Fotheringham during his service in Hood. George served in Hood for several years and was ultimately lost with the ship on 24 May 1941. The photos were donated to the site by George's brothers Eric and Les, his sister Betty Lumley and brother-in-law F. Haines. Wherever possible, we have used the actual notations/descriptions from the rear of each photo.
