The following photographs were sent in to the site by Willie Smyth of Australia. They are from the collection of his father, Cyril Fernley Smyth. Cyril served aboard Hood as a steward in the early to mid 1920s. He collected the following items during the famous Empire Cruise of the Special Service Squadron in 1923-1924.
