Biographical Information: 'Jimmy', as he was known, was born on 17th February 1923 to Alfred and Lily Bailey, of Portsmouth, Hampshire. He was one of eleven children. The family is believed to have lived in the Fratton area. He was 18 years old at the time of his loss.
