Biographical Information:

Michael was born on 19th August 1906 in Fulham, London to James and Eleanor Lewis. The family later lived in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex. He had a sister called Mary and two children, Desmond and Coleen.

He was 34 years old at the time of his loss.
