Biographical Information:

Victor was born on 21st May 1912 in Southampton, Hampshire to Robert and Emma Vincent. Robert later died and Emma married Henry Page who adopted Victor. Victor and his siblings Robert, Arthur, Emma, Annie and Charles lived in Stepney, London. He was 29 years old at the time of his loss.
