Biographical Information:

Walter was born on 25th January 1907 in Fareham, Hampshire to John and Annie Russell. He was the husband of Agnes Russell, of Stamshaw, Portsmouth. He was serving as an Acting Petty Officer and was 34 years old at the time of his loss.
