Biographical Information:

Albert was born on 6th October 1915 in Landport, Portsmouth, Hampshire to William and Phyllis Saunders. He was the husband of Lilian Saunders, of Pauls Grove, Hampshire. He was a member of Hood's Number Four 4" gun crew. Albert was serving as a Corporal (Temporary) and was 25 years old at the time of his loss.
