Biographical Information:

Albert was born on 14th March 1912 in Buckland, Hampshire to Emmett and Constance St. Clair-Tracy. The family later lived in Southsea, Hampshire. He attended The Royal Hospital School, Holbrook from February 1925 to December 1927. He entered the Navy and was trained at H.M.S.Fisgard. He was 29 years old at the time of his loss.
