Biographical Information:

"Hubert", as he was known to his friends and family, was the husband of Eva Tozer, of Portsmouth. He was the son of Harry and Ethel Tozer.

Hubert originally entered the Navy as a gunnery rating (his service number was J50379. He eventually was commissioned in the officer ranks. He was 40 years old at the time of his loss.
