Biographical Information:

George was born on 1st May 1917 in Rosyth, Fife, Scotland. He was the husband of Henrietta Turner. They were married just before George was posted to Hood (George received the telegram telling him to report to Hood during the wedding reception). He was 24 years old at the time of his loss.
