Biographical Information:

Francis was born on 24th July 1923 in Forest Gate, Essex to John and Mabel Byrne. He had a brother, Stanley, and three sisters, Eileen, Mabel and Gladys. The family lived in Leyton, East London. He was 17 years old at the time of his loss.
