Biographical Information:

Neville was the son of Harold and Hilda Frodsham. He became a Midshipman in May 1939 and subsequently saw service in the South Atlantic as well as the Mediterranean whilst assigned to the cruiser H.M.S. Neptune. He was commissioned as an officer early in 1941 and subsequently posted to Hood. He was 20 years old at the time of his loss.
