Biographical Information:

Arthur was born on 14th December 1912 to parents Samuel and Beatrice Buck, of Portsmouth, Hampshire. His brother, Herbert Thomas John Buck was also lost in the sinking of Hood. He was 28 years old at the time of his loss. We have no additional information.
